Refund Policy

Create Content With AI is a digital product delivered instantly by email, so it can't be returned the way a physical book can. This policy explains exactly when we refund and how to ask.

1. Refund within 7 days — files not downloaded

If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and you have not downloaded any of the files, we will refund you in full. No explanation needed.

Our delivery system records whether a download link has been used, so we can confirm this quickly.

2. Refund for technical problems

If something is genuinely broken on our side, we refund you regardless of whether you downloaded — after giving us a fair chance to fix it. That includes:

• the download link never arrives, and our resend doesn't reach you either;
• the files are corrupted and won't open;
• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you received the wrong product.

Contact us first — most of these take a couple of minutes to fix, and you keep the book. If we can't resolve it, you get your money back.

3. When we can't refund

Once you have downloaded the files, we can't offer a change-of-mind refund. You have the complete product, and we have no way of taking it back. The exception is a technical problem under section 2.

We also can't refund because:

• you haven't gained followers or made money — the book teaches a method, it doesn't guarantee an outcome (see Terms of Sale, section 7);
• a third-party tool named in the book changed its pricing, free tier or features;
• a platform changed its rules, algorithm or monetisation thresholds;
• you bought it by mistake but downloaded it anyway;
• the 7-day window has passed and there is no technical fault.

4. How to request a refund

Email spookydot200@gmail.com with:

• the email address you used at checkout;
• your order or receipt number;
• one line on what went wrong — a technical description helps us fix it for everyone.

You don't need to write a justification for a change-of-mind refund inside the 7 days.

5. How long it takes

We aim to respond within 3 working days and to approve or decline within 7 days of your request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we send it, the money typically appears within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer — that part is outside our control.

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase. We are not responsible for any difference caused by exchange-rate movement or fees charged by your own bank.

6. After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the book ends and any remaining download links are deactivated. If you downloaded the files before requesting a technical refund, please delete your copies.

7. Your legal rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under applicable consumer law and does not replace them. Where local law gives you a stronger right to cancel or be refunded for digital content, that law applies.
